Nicole earned her B.S. and M.S. in Music Education from West Chester University and after over 20 years in the music business pivoted her career to the financial services industry. Joining Willow House Advisors in 2015, Nicole’s goal is to ensure that clients and colleagues alike receive the resources, support and empathy that truly make our firm stand out.

Nicole is married to Coach Jimmy O’, has two children and two Australian Labradoodles to keep things mildly chaotic. In addition to her role as Director of Operations at Willow House Advisors she is the Executive Director of the non-profit Amerikids service organization, volunteers with Family Promise and serves as the Treasurer of the Avon Grove High School Sports Boosters.

Whether educating others in music or finance, Nicole is rewarded by creating a positive difference in the lives of others.
