Nicole earned her B.S. and M.S. in Music Education from West Chester University and after over 20 years in the music business pivoted her career to the financial services industry. Joining Willow House Advisors in 2015, Nicole’s goal is to ensure that clients and colleagues alike receive the resources, support and empathy that truly make our firm stand out.

Nicole is married to Coach Jimmy O’ and keeps life delightfully chaotic with two adult children and two energetic Australian Labradoodles.

Outside the office, Nicole’s heart for service shines. She volunteers with Family Promise of Southern Chester County, supporting families on their journey to stability and hope. When she’s not helping others or managing operations, she’s curating treasures at her vintage booth at Wright’s Barn Shoppes, blending creativity with a love for timeless finds.

Whether educating others in music or finance, Nicole is rewarded by creating a positive difference in the lives of others.
