On April 14, the newest team members at Willow House Advisors had the opportunity to work with renowned expert Dr. Julia West, PhD. Dr. West led a powerful performance coaching session titled “It Begins Before It Begins: The Science of Showing Up.”
During the session, team members focused on self-talk strategies, pre-game techniques, and the idea that attitudes are contagious—all essential components on their pathway to success.
