Caitlyn earned her bachelor’s degrees in music education and studio composition from West Chester University, where she developed her passion for helping others, creativity, and problem solving. Joining Willow House Advisors in the beginning of 2024, she is eager to be working closely with the team in supporting client goals and facilitating efficient workflow as their Administrative Assistant. The compassionate and supportive nature that makes Willow House Advisors special is a culture that she is most grateful to be a part of.

A dog-lover at heart, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Cody, and golden retriever/Norwegian elkhound mix, Bella. Thanks to her own experiences in music, Caitlyn continues to develop and nurture her passion for the marching arts as an educator. Having begun teaching in 2018, she continues to work with local high school marching band and indoor percussion ensembles such as Central Bucks High School South, where she serves as the Percussion Caption Head and Front Ensemble Arranger.

In both the musical and financial sphere, she is eager to lend a helping hand, and use her passion and creativity to make a difference in the lives of others.
